Six engagements across eight years — three from PIT (cross-border growth), three from earlier roles in public sector innovation and leadership networks. Each case follows the same arc: the problem we inherited, the solution we built, the impact we measured.
Soft Landing Program
Latin American tech founders were curious about Brazil but hit a wall: regulatory complexity, cultural distance, and no structured path in. PIT needed a methodology that scaled across cohorts, sectors and languages — not another welcome guide.
Built a virtual-first, six-week methodology covering culture, legislation, accounting and innovation — paired with curated mentoring and ecosystem networking. Designed to be replicable: each cohort ran with the same backbone, customized at the founder level. Now in its second edition, with strategic partnership extended to PTI Paraguay.

Aerospace Brazil
São José dos Campos is the spine of Brazil's aerospace and defense industry, but its 176+ companies needed sustained, structured access to global markets. ApexBrasil's flagship sector project required a long-term execution partner that understood both the industrial cluster and the diplomatic protocols.
Oversight of the Aerospace Brazil sector project as it entered its 16th year and renewal in 2025. Coordination of trade missions, sector training events and bilateral engagements — including delegations from Flanders, Luxembourg and Macau, and Brazilian presence at Hannover Messe (with Vice-President of Brazil), Dubai Airshow 2025 and the China BRICS-SIIP mission.

International Missions
A tech park's international relevance is built mission by mission, not declaration by declaration. PIT needed structured, sustained presence in priority markets — and concrete deliverables out of every trip, not just photos and toasts.
Led PIT's representation across 7+ structured missions to Asia, the Americas and Europe — Beijing IASP, China BRICS-SIIP, St. Louis AgTech & Geospatial, Córdoba Tech Week, Dubai Airshow, Hannover, Daejeon (INNOPOLIS Tech Commercialization Program). Each mission was scoped with concrete deliverables: LOIs, MoUs, qualified pipelines and follow-up agendas — not generic relationship building.

Citizen-Centered Service Design
São Paulo's city hall services portal was confusing and underused. Communication used jargon that excluded the very citizens it was supposed to serve. The Innovation and Technology Secretariat (SMIT) needed to flip the service design from internal logic to citizen logic — and shift the culture inside ten city hall departments at the same time.
Facilitated Design Thinking workshops for 120+ public servants across 10 city hall departments. Introduced plain-language principles for citizen-facing communication. Redesigned service flows around real citizen journeys — not bureaucratic structures. Built a governance plan converting 10 departments' distinct visions into a single execution roadmap.

CONSAD Research Mobilization
Brazilian state and federal governments lacked structured access to international best practices in public administration. The Lemann Foundation set out to mobilize 16,000 public sector employees for the CONSAD research, connecting them to Singapore's Civil Service governance — but mobilizing that many people, end-to-end, with full data integrity, had no precedent.
Designed and executed the mobilization at scale, with no drop in data quality. Built a Salesforce-based agenda management system that streamlined board and stakeholder coordination. Analyzed engagement data across 1,100+ remote staffers to identify and remove workflow bottlenecks. Coordinated the State Governors' Exchange experience to Singapore.

Alumni Network Architecture
LALA had hundreds of alumni across Latin America, but no structured way for them to connect, support each other, or scale their impact. Socio-cultural and familial barriers were blocking engagement — and the existing volunteer infrastructure couldn't keep up with the network's potential.
Designed and implemented an alumni connection program addressing the structural barriers head-on. Partnered with the MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning) department to build a data-driven CRM framework for community development benchmarking. Developed strategic partnerships with 25+ external institutions, unlocking a previously inaccessible volunteer base. Managed stakeholder relationships across 7 organizations and 5 countries.
